⛔Watch out for: 1️⃣ Don't arch your back- keep straight and neutral. 2️⃣ Don't let neck fall or hold high - aligned with back and spine. 3️⃣ Engage whole body (lats, pecs, quads, glutes and core) throughout the exercise. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Don't call them drop sets because there's no dropping the weight, three pins short from pulling the stack. Six reps 10 seconds six reps 10 seconds six reps 10 seconds six more reps. Oh and by the way this only counts for one set and like it said in my last post there were 49 sets in the work out. #Savage
One of my absolute favourite leg exercises, the barbell walking lunge.
This exercise will build a huge set of flutes and seriously help with improving your dead lift strength!
