To sit here and know that I have the opportunity to be able to compete, let alone work is motivation enough . I get up everyday and I am better than I was the day before and that's all that matters ! Working out has changed my life ! I have met amazing people and gained another family that I am so thankful for . So much more to my story. What is yours ??? Stay hungry my friends ☺

The Chicken King is back with another edition of "Who Wants Some Chicken?"
Step 1: Put aluminum foil down on a baking pan, spray with nonstick olive oil
Step 2: Season the pan. I used: Slap ya Momma, pepper, paprika, chipotle salt, cumin, garlic powder, Montreal chicken seasoning, and a Chipotle marinade.
Step 3: Put the chicken in the pan and give it a little wiggle to spread that seasoning around. .
Step 4: Season the top of the chicken the same way you did the pan.
Step 5: Bake it up and post on IG.
I've gained more sleepless nights than hours of sleep. My eyes can barely keep open as I go about my school day. I got so many things to do, so many things to know, so many things to remember. I got friends who want to speak to me, friends who want to hang out, friends who need my support. I have all these other things I need to do that I can't do because of all the other things that need to get done. And I'm just too tired to them. Happy Sunday everyone, I hope everyone had a great weekend. Life update : I got new coaches @kevinlyndajames . I am so blessed that they took me under their wings . I am going to be competing again in September. I am so excited . I'm going to be filming my journey this time. We have 24 weeks and I can't wait ❤
