I learnt this principle from @designerbodiessa. It’s only been a few days but I’m already seeing growth. He did tell me a lot more detail but these two principles have helped. The calves, they groweth!
A little about Mike:
Mike has been elected as Top Personal Trainer Cape North and 7th in the country. He gets results. Don’t believe me? He won the Men’s Health Belly Off competition and also had his story published in the American magazine Flex. When I think Mike I think “Get it done”. Those rest periods always seem shorter when Mike’s around.

I originally was not going to post this...but fuck it. Sometimes when I lift heavy, I make a circa 2007 Myspace-esque duckface.
Couple that with the natural bending over movement of straight-leg deadlift, and me turning towards the camera, and you get...this.
If you do not get off the cycle carefully gravity can and will be used against you!!!... what can I say I was tired after this machine kicked my butt for an hour...then I hit my face on the handles cause my foot was stuck..think I'll stick to running...
