💥 4 ESSENTIALS FOR CHEST DAY 💥
☃️ You guys know I love to keep it simple and chest day is one of the simplest. Press stuff, press stuff in both hands, do flys with stuff and throw in some body weight stuff.
🏋🏽♀️ BARBELL PRESS - Flat bench Bb press is the simplest and most effective for building chest strength. As you gain more confidence and stability in the movement you can progress to INCLINE Bb press and then DECLINE Bb press. Also, for those who aren't confident enough to get under the bar, start on a machine bench press until you get more confident.
☃️ DUMBBELL PRESS - Db requires more control and stability which makes it more challenging. Again this can be progressed to INCLINE or DECLINE Db press.
🐥 FLYS - Flys can be done using Dumbbells, cables or machine with each targeting the chest in a slightly different way. Again, these can be done at an INCLINE or DECLINE to increase the intensity.
🐒 BODYWEIGHT - Bodyweight exercise are highly underrated BUT they are also the most challenging exercises because most people can't lift their body weight. On chest day, try push-ups or dips as a superset to increase the intensity.
