ENG 🍱 My bad suspicions were true 🙁, I have a fiber breakage in my obliques 🤕 that I got doing windshield wipers in yesterday's training. I think tomorrow I shouldn't train legs due to the fact that all the core works in the stabilization of the exercises. Time to rest and recover as soon as possible 😔. Today's dinner:

Managed my first frickin back day in 3 weeks... goodbye recovery period
Swipe to see my "secret” to making those deep into prep meals delicious! SPICES, HOT SAUCE, & getting those veggies crispy all in that goodness! Who says “bland” foods have to be boring??? Right now, my diet does seem pretty bland to most & yes, this close to a show there’s not much variety in meals (b/c I’m in a big calorie deficit & I honestly don’t have the energy to be experimental right now lol) BUT I still enjoy the meals I have!
I know not everyone likes fish & broccoli like me (yes I’m weird… I would actually eat broccoli with every meal), but with spices, hot sauces, salsas, mustard, etc. there’s so many ways to get creative! ••••••••
People ask me everyday how I eat the same foods/meals all the time, how don’t get sick of “boring” “healthy” foods day in & day out
What I try to explain is that “healthy” meals DO NOT have to be boring & there’s no reason you shouldn’t be enjoying your food if you’re trying to live a healthier lifestyle. There are no magical foods for weightloss that you should force yourself to eat if you hate them… The key to changing your nutrition & actually STICKING TO IT… is finding the foods you actually like! -

My legs have always been my biggest insecurity, more specifically my thighs. It's wear I hold majority of my fat, where I get cellulite, and the list goes on. When I first lost weight my mission was to get my legs as skinny as possible, to achieve the biggest thigh gap that I could. My lowest weight of about 114 ( bottom left) was when I achieved that. But I was so unhappy at this weight, miserable and hungry and I could not maintain it. Currently, I'm learning to accept my #thunderthighs 😂💪🏼 They might not be the skinniest but they're strong, muscular and a part of who I am. Embrace your legs ladies!!! 💗💗
In honor of backday Tuesday here's a few clips of some of my back workouts. It's definitely not my favorite day of the week haha but we have to push through it anyways. Barbell Rows - 5 sets - 12 reps, 10, 8, 8, 3-4 heavy weight. DB Rows 4 sets of 8-10 reps. LAT Pulldowns 4 sets of 12 reps each. Cable Upright Rows 3 sets of 15 each.
