One of my absolute favourite leg exercises, the barbell walking lunge.
This exercise will build a huge set of flutes and seriously help with improving your dead lift strength!

I got a bit of a shock this morning when I lay down on the Matt's. My legs looked smaller than they had in a while. I am in such a good place at the moment. I've had people opening up to me about depression, anxiety and even people wanting to know how I managed to stop drinking.
I never really thought I would be one to give advice on not drinking. I wish I never stopped excercising. I really think it's the cure to all happiness.
The way I have been able to stop drinking, is to reflect on how drinking has affected relationships, my safety, my self control and the ability to be happy without a substance. I made excuses why I should drink, and now i find excuses why I need to excercise.
Sometimes I think I'm too much of an over sharer, but if it helps to inspire people to change, and know that they are able to have any life they want- then I am so all about over sharing!
It's easy to think we need to drink, when we have had a shit day. But then it's also easy to go for a walk. The thing that stops us from doing things postive, is the thought of actually doing it. Nike had it right by 'just do it'. Once you get over the thought of not doing it, you'll wonder why you didn't get out sooner.
Everyone should at least try doing half hour excercise a day, and then let me know in a week how you are all feeling. I even had energy to do gardening today!! Check out @knx_fitness
