Today was day 1 of the The Plan diet plan. After getting test results back from my doctor, I need to make some immediate changes to my diet. The next 20 days will be spent eliminating, and reintroducing food into my diet to see what causes inflammation, swelling, bloating, among other symptoms.
What's amazing about this diet plan is, you eat until you are full! This is not a starvation diet.
So, this is what day 1 looks like so far. Breakfast is homemade blueberries and flaxseed granola with almond/coconut milk. Lunch is steamed broccoli, carrot ginger soup and romaine salad. @lyngenetplan
